HOW PHOTOGRAPHY FEES ARE DETERMINED

There are Two Categories for the photography session that are broken down into Flat Rate Fees. The Fees are determined by what I deem local and long distance "my distance of travel time and or millage to your location" where the photo shoot takes place.

Covers the Following area's

Punta Gorda, Lake Suzy, Port Charlotte, Rotunda West, North Port, El Jobean, Englewood, Venice, Manasota Key, Cape Haze, Placida *Boca Grande. *Toll Fee will be Applied to Flat Rate.

Covers the Following area's

Nokomis, Siesta Key, Sarasota Cape Coral, North Fort Myer, Fort Myers, Pine Island, Matlacha, Leigh Acres and Estero

How Photographs are Processed

We require 5 business days to sort through your photos and process them correctly. Once they are verified we then upload them to our site and email your a confirmation that your photo's are ready. Once you receive the email you will then have a choice of what sizes you would like to purchase your photo's in.

Sizes for EPK's and Promo's 

These sizes a specifically chosen for rock bands and performers. 

Standard Sizes to choose from include: 8X10, 12X18, 16X20, 24X36

Other Sizes to choose from include: 11X16, 15X20, 20X36

Cancelation Policy

All Photo Shoot cancellations require a 24 Hour Notice. 

Re-scheduling Policy

Rescheduling is subject to a $15 re-scheduling Fee which is to be paid for at the time of Reschedule.

Policy on Refunds

There are NO Refunds on studio time or on location photo shoots. 

Photo Shoot Transactions 

All Photo Shoots are paid for through Digital Transactions via Paypal. All completed photo's are paid for through this SmugMug web site which offers a variety of options. 

Print Guarantee

All orders placed through this SmugMug site are covered by our 30-day print guarantee: If there are any issues with an order customers can reach out to us at help@smugmug.com and we will help out. There's no need to contact the print lab directly.
